About Me

I’m a design technology researcher and designer interested in embodied prototyping method and their social implication in the age of AI. I'm fascinated by the interactions, especially information exchange between users and AI-empowered systems with different embodied mediums, including natural language interaction, tangible interaction, immersive interaction, etc. and how could we reflect on the dynamic between the human and the integrated system. I create prototyping tools with my design and engineering (both software and hardware) skills to examine, analyze, and visualize possible visions in this alternative space and the near future.

I've spent six years at Tongji University, Shanghai, where I studied Architecture, exploring and reflecting on the interaction between human and built environment from both design and engineering perspectives. I brought the same passion to Carnegie Mellon University and applied it to a similar discussion about human and their everyday interactive medium with computational techniques.
